Careen joins our magical Westbourne setting with a genuine dedication to supporting children through the most important stage of their development. Naturally caring and full of enthusiasm, she loves building relationships with children and being part of those “breakthrough moments” when their eyes light up with pride or excitement as something finally clicks for them. Careen is passionate about communication, child-led learning and loves using books and stories in developing children’s language and early literacy skills. She is eager to grow into a practitioner who can help children develop confidence, independence and a love for learning. Outside of nursery she enjoys exploring new places, playing tennis, reading and capturing special moments with her family, she brings that same sense of appreciation and enthusiasm into the room every day.
