Chloe’s path into childcare began from spending time around younger children growing up and seeing just how important those early years really are. That inspired her to complete her Level 3 qualification and begin her career in early years education. She’s now a year and a half into the role, and her enthusiasm for childcare hasn’t faded one bit. What Chloe loves most is watching things click for children, those moments when they figure something out for themselves, make a new friend, or surprise themselves with what they can do. She puts real thought into the activities she creates, especially arts and crafts, making sure children leave feeling genuinely proud of what they’ve achieved rather than simply keeping busy. She’s calm, caring, and the kind of person children naturally settle around quickly. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks and spending time with family and friends.
