Rhonda is the heart of the Happy Feet team and has been working in childcare for over 20 years. Her experience runs deep, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about the children, the families, and the people she works with. As our manager, she sets the tone for everything we do, making sure every child walks through the door feeling safe, welcome, and excited for the day ahead. She holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification alongside a Level 3 SENCO qualification and has spent her career making sure children of all abilities feel included, supported, and valued. She’s equally invested in the staff around her, taking real pride in building a team that works well together and brings out the best in each other. Rhonda’s view is simple: childhood should be something children look back on fondly. She works hard to ensure every child leaves Happy Feet feeling confident, happy, and genuinely ready for school. When she’s not at nursery, you’ll find her out cycling, exploring local spots, or spending time with family and friends.
