Roshni has been working in childcare for over 11 years and has built a wealth of experience across early years education throughout her career. She has progressed from practitioner roles into leadership responsibilities and trained as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, giving her a strong understanding of what high-quality childcare looks like day to day. She’s driven by the belief that every child deserves to feel genuinely safe, secure, and supported, not just looked after. For Roshni, that means getting to know each child as an individual, building strong relationships with families, and creating an environment where children can grow in confidence at their own pace. Parents tend to feel at ease around her quickly, and that’s no accident, it comes from years of experience, consistency, and a genuine dedication to the children and families she supports.
