Theresa – Experienced, Supportive & Creative Early Years Practitioner
Theresa’s journey into early years education began over 20 years ago when she volunteered at her son’s preschool. Inspired by the joy of guiding young learners, she went on to gain her Level 3 qualification in preschool practice—and has since built a rich and rewarding career dedicated to helping children grow and succeed.
With a calm and supportive approach, Theresa is passionate about developing independent, confident learners. She specialises in preparing children for the transition to school, creating an engaging and encouraging environment filled with creative and sensory activities that spark imagination and curiosity.
Theresa brings a wealth of experience, fresh ideas, and genuine enthusiasm to the Happy Feet team. Her strengths lie in forming strong, meaningful connections with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure, respected, and excited to learn.
Outside of the nursery, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, baking, gardening, and exploring new places.
Theresa is proud to be part of Happy Feet, where she continues to make a lasting difference in each child’s early learning journey.
